Celebrating Excellence: Zomba Mental Hospital Hosts 2025 Performance Appraisal Ceremony

With hearts full of gratitude and pride, Zomba Mental Hospital (ZMH) held its much-anticipated Performance Appraisal Ceremony, a moment of celebration, reflection, and appreciation for every member of staff who contributed to the hospital’s success in 2025.

This year’s ceremony was particularly special. It followed a historic milestone—ZMH achieving a 4-Star Rating, becoming the only government hospital in Malawi to reach this level of excellence. The ceremony was not just an event; it was a testimony of hard work, unity, and visionary leadership.
